Terms of Service

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and use it in compliance with applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Kreepi is an AI commercial terms intelligence platform. It helps identify, structure and surface commercial terms found in conversations, proposals, contracts and related sources.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to identify and interpret commercial terms. AI-generated interpretations are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free and should be reviewed by an authorized person where the interpretation will inform a business, legal or financial decision.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the commercial information you provide to the Service and for verifying terms surfaced by the Service against their original source before relying on them.

The Service may connect to third-party systems you authorize. We are not responsible for the availability or behavior of third-party systems.

The Service does not modify contracts, invoices or financial systems on its own. Any action taken based on information surfaced by the Service requires review and authorization by your organization.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in an unauthorized manner or interfering with its normal operation.

Kreepi retains all rights in the Service, including its software, design and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you rights in Kreepi's intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service.

Each party agrees to protect the other party's confidential information, including commercial data processed through the Service, using reasonable care.

We maintain measures designed to protect the Service and the information processed through it, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is.” Kreepi does not provide legal, accounting or financial advice, and outputs of the Service should not be treated as such. Kreepi does not guarantee that the Service will identify every commercial term present in a given source.

To the extent permitted by law, Kreepi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify Kreepi against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or poses a risk to the Service or other users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Kreepi is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
